But let the end of summer sales begin

Hi! This is a far departure from my last piece, but if anything, I am consistent. Because this Substack has consistently been 50% my feelings and 50% shopping guides.

What a summer it’s been. It feels as though everyone I know has been equally divided into two different camps: Burning Man and back to school pick ups / drop offs. I am in neither. I’m blissfully savoring late summer in LA, where it’s actually hot enough to go out at night without a jacket and people are actually out and it’s actually kind of fun.

We don’t quite transition to Fall around here, and we all know it’s about to get even warmer in September (like clockwork). So for all my LA girls and eternal summer lovers, this one is for you. Collect all the summer staples while the sales are ripe, because it’s not cooling down anytime soon. Summer may be ending, but it’s always an endless summer around here.

• Alex Mill end of summer sale has some great year round pieces like this $53 t-shirts, a $27 tank, a crewneck sweater, and crisp button up in green (love this color). All their pieces are so comfortable and well made. I wear Alex Mill every week!

Beauty and Wellness

• BodyBio is 20% off sitewide. I’ve been using BodyBio’s products for 12+ years. PC and their electrolytes are in my daily rotation. Their IG breaks down their products in a very digestible way, but my learning is that their PC is one of the only products on the market that truly targets cellular health and detox. I grew up with the family who started this company and can vouch that it’s the best of the best.

• Manucurist is 20% off sitewide. I use the Active Smooth 00, which is the best sheer nude. I started buying these as gifts for my girlfriends because everyone wants them! My girlfriends love the gel version too.

• Mill Food Recycler is $125 off. This is a game changer for me. I’ve learned so much about food waste lately and this is such an easy habit we can all adapt into our daily routines. Did you know 60% of food waste comes from households? Little of me has already accumulated 50lbs of food waste since I started using the Mill in late May. It’s odorless and grinds the food scraps quitely overnight, like a dishwasher. I put the grounds directly into my garden. I can never live without this now.

• Everyday Dose is on sale! My favorite coffee alternative that I drink in rotation with matcha and hojicha is on sale. It’s much better for my gut and I don’t get jittery. I love it!
