I had every intention of doing a little photo diary of the last few weeks, but this post got way too long. Between my last piece and my accidental gift guide, I’ve kept myself very busy. But I did promise myself when I started this substack that I’d write and create as it felt right — no calendars or timelines for now. So anyway, in a completely unnatural segue, I have three things to share today: 1) last minute entertaining items, 2) my greatest home hits that are on sale, and 3) black friday deals from fashion, beauty, home brands. Can you tell I’m trying to be a regular around here?
Last minute entertainment items that you’ll get in time for Thanksgiving
Wine Glasses. These are my daily sippers yet feel so fancy and nice! a set of 8 glasses is on sale for $55. Then get this wine glass storage box to stow away!
Martini Glasses. A set of 6 on sale for $35! And they are great. I have a set of 24 of these + these adorable cocktail picks for $6.
Candlestick Holders. This set of 12 is on sale for $22. They are simple and elegant. This set of 30 ivory candlesticks are perfect too.
Votive Candles. When in doubt, put a bunch of these candles down the table to set the vibe. The set of 48 candles is on sale for $34!! I’ve bought these a few times now because I put them all over my house during a party. They are simple but add the best vibe
To Go Containers for leftovers! In the spirit of giving… have a few to-go containers for your guests to bring home some leftovers — don’t be a scrooooge! I always keep these chefs containers from the farmer’s market and reuse.
A friendly reminder that you need a roasting pan for your turkey. A few options: Cuisinart or KitchenAid. And may i suggest a meat thermometer (i love this thing lol)!
